BuildSeal PU 40

A one-component, moisture-curing, polyurethane sealant for construction and expansion joints. BuildSeal PU 40 cures to form a tough, elastic rubber with excellent adhesion to concrete, masonry, metals, and coated surfaces. Suitable for horizontal and vertical joint applications.

Features

  • One-component — no mixing required, gun-grade application
  • Movement accommodation of ± 25% of joint width
  • Paintable with most architectural paints after full cure
  • Excellent adhesion to concrete, masonry, aluminium, and wood
  • UV-resistant for exposed exterior joint applications
  • Modulus: 0.4 MPa at 100% extension (low modulus)
